Since tango was born, it developed unceasingly in the Rio de la Plata, a large area which encompasses the Argentinian coast and Uruguay. The Uruguayan singer Olga Delgrossi, La Dama del Tango, is one of its prominent figures. This sincere artist, performs here, with pathos or humour, an anthology of tangos and milongas which reveals the richness and the diversity of this musical genre from the beginning of the 20th century onwards.
