The largest work ever undertaken for the protection of musical heritage: the complete recording of Al-Âla repertory, the classical Arabo-andalusian tradition of Morocco which is composed of 11 vocal and instrumental suites, the nûba. Vocals, rbab, violins, violas, lutes, cello and percussion instruments.
The nûba Rasd al-dhîl, devoted to love and night, is highly appreciated on wedding nights. This version, compiled and conducted by Mohamed Toud, is based on Moulay Ahmed Loukili's archives.
